Hi, I'm Gautam Jha, a passionate and experienced frontend developer dedicated to creating innovative, user-friendly web applications. With years of experience in the tech industry, I specialize in JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Vue.js, Next.js, Micro FrontEnds and Web Components.
I focus on building intuitive, visually appealing user interfaces by applying strong UX/UI design principles. My expertise in javascript frameworks has enabled me to implement micro frontends and web components, ensuring seamless and efficient user experiences.
I am committed to staying at the forefront of emerging technologies and best practices in frontend development. I actively share my knowledge through talks, workshops, and online content, contributing to the developer community and helping others grow.
I have a proven track record of delivering scalable, high-quality solutions by combining technical proficiency with a user-first mindset. My experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, and modern frameworks allows me to design and build robust, reliable systems that meet complex business needs.

Spearheading architectural decisions, focusing on scalability, performance, and cross-team collaboration for modern web applications.
Led complex technical initiatives, mentored senior engineers, and established best practices for frontend performance and accessibility.
Worked collaboratively with cross-functional teams to create and manage micro frontends using Vue, Typescript, JavaScript, and Stenciljs, delivering top-notch web applications. Utilized expertise in Lit, Stencil.js, and Vue to establish a reusable design system and maintain code consistency. Took the lead in developing a scalable architecture for micro frontends, facilitating integration with third-party applications and streamlining development. Actively engaged in code reviews, mentoring, and upskilling team members in best practices, design patterns, and emerging technologies.
A contractual role on the payroll of 9 Yards Technology. I worked on React applications capable of Reporting, Analytics, Code Debugging and more. Worked in the backend for Migrating legacy REST api to Nodejs microservices. Also worked on Architecture side of application with AWS Services and Terraform.
Started as a contractual engineer under Collabera and was later hired full-time by Amdocs based on performance and impact. Led product architecture improvements, enhancing system scalability, maintainability, and performance. Revamped UI components for better user experience. Set up CI/CD pipelines for development and production environments. Guided junior developers and newly formed research/migration teams. Implemented offline application deployment in air-gapped environments.
Joined as the sole developer in a fast-paced startup environment and grew into a senior engineering role, leading the company's digital transformation and technical strategy. Revamped entire web infrastructure migrating from slow shared hosting to AWS. Redesigned company website with custom WordPress themes. Managed full deployment workflows and server configurations across all environments.
Developed and maintained a comprehensive software solution capable of extracting design layers from tools such as Adobe Photoshop and other design software. Transformed these assets into responsive web presentations. Implemented features for seamless switching between design options.
